Type Parameters:
T - the accept methods first argument type
U - the accept methods second argument type
E - the exception type
Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

This interface is similar to the java.util interface BiConsumer. Difference is, that it allows the accept() method to throw a defined Exception.
